My name is Zhenyu Yu (喻臻钰), and I am currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at Guangzhou University, China. I received my PhD in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) from Yunnan Normal University, China in 2022. My research interests are diverse, encompassing Machine Learning, AI for Science, Remote Sensing, GIS, and Lake Environments. My publications to date include spatio-temporal analysis, downscaling , estimation, time series prediction, super-resolution reconstruction, semantic segmentation, and style transfer.
I have a deep passion for Computer Science, particularly in the areas of Computer Vision and Machine Learning. Although continually expanding my expertise in these fields, I am eager to collaborate with like-minded scholars and practitioners. Additionally, I have a growing interest in Transfer Learning, Lifelong (Continual) Learning, Human-AI Interaction, Cryptography & Security, etc.
Relocating to Guangzhou marks my first venture away from my hometown after nearly thirty years. This move represents the beginning of my journey to engage with the global academic community. I am now actively seeking opportunities to broaden my horizons and contribute to my understanding of the world through technology.
